Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dugald, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of new watermain for fire protection and servicing Main Street (PR 206) between Centre Ave. W and Second Ave. N in the Local Urban District (LUD) of Landmark, Rural Municipality of Taché, Manitoba. The major items of Work are: .1 Installation of 700 m of 300 mm HDPE DR17 (PE4710) watermain .2 Installation of 7 Hydrant Assemblies. .3 Installation of 10 gate valves. .4 Maintenance of water service throughout construction - connection to existing 150mm HDPE DR17 watermain via hot tapping. .5 2 in-line connections to existing 300 mm watermain A bid bond in favor of the Owner, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price certified cheque payable to the Owner, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price. Performance bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price. Labour and material payment bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price.
