Reference Number 0000274135 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/18 04:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba Hydro is seeking the submission of competitive Tenders for Supply and Delivery of Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) Mounting Hardware. he goods (the "Work") to be provided may include any of the following items: ITEM 1: Items listed on Technical Requirement and Pricing Table Pointe Du Bois to Lee River Delivery date on or about 15-October-2024 ITEM 2: Items listed on Technical Requirement and Pricing Table Lee River to Whiteshell Delivery date on or about 15-October-2025 MH reserves the right, and the Tenderer acknowledges that MH has the right, to: reject any, or all, Tenders, for any reason, including, without limitation, a Tender offering the lowest price or the best overall value; accept any Tender which MH deems to provide the best overall value, including a Tender that does not have the lowest price or the highest evaluation score; and if only one Tender is received, where that Tender meets the mandatory criteria contemplated in this RFQ, accept or reject that Tender, or where that Tender does not meet the mandatory criteria contemplated in RFQ, negotiate with that Tenderer; or alter the Tender schedule and Tender process.
