The work consists of the demolition of 1 property. The contracted work will consist of one contract for all properties. The addresses of all properties are listed below: 906 Jordan Street - Dement's Ice Cream Shop ALL BUILDINGS LOCATED IN MOUNT VERNON, ILLINOIS The successful bidder shall be an equal opportunity employer. Envelopes containing bids shall be plainly marked on the outside specifying project addresses and must be delivered to the City of Mt. Vernon, City Clerk's Office, 1100 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. BRAD RUBLE CITY ENGINEER All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The city may reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid in connection with said project.
