Work to include the removal of two concrete staircases with stair seating, concrete masonry partitions, doors, ceilings, vct flooring, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and partial HVAC systems. New construction work will include new: concrete slabs, floor framing systems, metal stud partitions with gypsum covering, vct flooring, suspended ceiling systems, lighting, power wiring and devices, connection to existing HVAC systems, doors, and hardware.
