The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with one qualified firm to furnish all labor, material, equipment and insurance necessary to complete the following service to the 263,000 Gallon Welded Ground Tank located at 2892 Schutt Road, Burkeville, VA. Repair, clean and lubricate existing liquid level indicator in accordance with NFPA 22 2018, Section 14.1.8 Furnish and install flapper valve on existing overflow in accordance with AWWA D100-11, Section 7.3 and NFPA-22 2018 14.6. Hand tool clean tank foundation, repair spalling/cracking areas with non-shrinking grout and apply one coat of sealer to exposed areas. Exterior Coating: Power wash, hand tool clean rusted and abraded areas, apply (1) complete coat of epoxy primer followed by (1) coat of urethane.
