Veolia Waste Services Alberta Inc., referred to in this Request for Proposal (RFP) as “Veolia”, is seeking a commercial proposal for the construction of Landfill Cells A3 and B3 at the Swan Hills Treatment Centre located near Swan Hills, Alberta. The construction of the landfill cells will generally consist of cell excavation, perimeter berm construction, installation of secondary and primary clay liners, installation of leak detection and leachate collection systems, geomembrane liner installation, and related site work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
