Notice to Bidders-Newspaper Notice is hereby given that the City of Choctaw will accept sealed bids for Ten Acre Lake Park Trail Phase 1. The Owner and contracting authority is the City of Choctaw, and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest qualified bid. The project proposes constructing a concrete trail from the southwest side of the lake to the north side of the lake. The trail will be 8' wide with site amenities, signage, and landscaping. There are no DBE and/or M/WBE goals for this project; however, the use of DBE and M/WBE entities is highly encouraged. All contractors will be required to be registered with website. prior to bid closing to be eligible for the contract. Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Amanda Williams either through email at: awilliams@choctawcity.org or by telephone at (405) 390-9446. Bidders shall promptly notify Amanda Williams of any errors, omissions, conflicts, or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within 4 days of bid opening. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest qualified bid that complies with the project bid documents. Bids received after the above-noted time will not be accepted. All bids should be clearly labeled Ten Acre Lake Park Trail Phase 1.
