Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 14,500-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and 2,104-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Demolition of the existing dugout buildings, and replacement with new dugout buildings. Proposal will be to complete both Baseball and Softball buildings at the same time under the same contract. Electrical / Lighting Systems For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to June 2023.
