The City of Galveston is accepting sealed bids on a contract for Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation (HVAC) On Call Repair Services. Question Deadline 01/27/2023 at 2:00 PM CT All questions will be answered in the form of an addendum. All questions related to this Bid are to be directed electronically. Addendum Posted Online Post Addendum for project if needed Jan 17th 2023, 2:00 PM PST A final determination will be made at a future City of Galveston Council meeting. City of Galveston reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any and all formalities and conditions. An agreement shall be effective upon execution by the COG for three (3) years, and shall automatically renew for two (2) successive one (1) year periods under the existing terms and conditions, unless either party gives the other party written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to such renewal date.
