Without being limiting, the work consists of excavating the existing surface, setting up the foundation and the bituminous coating of the cycle path as well as doing the earthworks. For any information relating to this call for tenders, the tenderer must only write to the following address: submission@ville.joliette.qc.ca. The City of Joliette does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without having to justify its decision and without incurring damages of any kind. award is subject to final approval.
