Renovation of an educational facility in Joliette, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Phased upgrades and repairs to Barthélemy-Joliette high school building. The scope of the project includes renovation of the building envelope, interior renovation including ceilings, flooring, lighting system, replacement/repairs of HVAC equipment, landscaping and site improvement work. TIMELINE: The owner has phased the project implementation, issued and awarded a tender for the first phase contractor that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Various Interventions on Several Components of the Building (Phase I) - École Secondaire Barthélemy-Joliette. Construction is underway. Subsequent sub trade tenders are anticipated in 2025 and will be followed in new separate reports.
