Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project estimated cost is $50K-$75K.. Berrien RESA is soliciting competitive bids for audio visual upgrades for five (5) conference rooms at the Administrative Center. All solutions must be turnkey which includes but is not limited to: installation, cabling, calibration, configuration and training. All proposals shall be made in accordance with Bidding Documents. Please indicate any additional information or options that are not listed in the specifications. Bid quotes are guaranteed for 90 calendar days. Berrien RESA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Berrien RESA and the right to award a contract other than the lowest bidder. Direct all questions and requests regarding the proposal to Kevin Clark at kevin.clark@berrienresa.org. Questions not directed this way may go unanswered. Design a new cost efficient state of the art audio/visual and presentation solution to conduct meetings and workshops held in Berrien RESA conference rooms. The project should result in a turnkey solution and include all of the design, project management, procurement, installation, testing and deployment and training of the new solution. Include itemized hardware, software, and labor, design, configuration, solutions for room controls, room connectivity, overhead audio, microphones, display connectivity and implementation.
