Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,373-square-foot educational facility.
A new 6,373 s.f. structure will be added to the existing Central Office building. Work includes concrete walks, asphalt paving, exterior and interior demolition, structural steel, light gauge metal wall framing, drywall systems, acoustical lay-in ceilings, tile and carpet flooring, painting, plumbing / mechanical / electrical systems. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Proposal Form included within the Project Manual and submitted in duplicate. Bids shall be clearly marked as BSPS Central Office Addition on the front of the submitted envelope. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance.
