Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for outdoor lighting for a educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Gymnasium Lighting Replacement: Replace existing fixtures with new LED high bay fixtures. Access Drive Lighting: Install (4) four light fixtures and poles (in Owner's possession) and new concrete foundations. Extend and connect new wiring from existing High School parking lot lighting. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Berrien Springs Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the public interest. Work is scheduled to commence no later than 8 June 2022 with substantial completion by 15 August 2022. Procurement is to begin upon Notice to Proceed.
