Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The previous solicitation has been included below for reference. Request for Proposals Construction Manager/general Contractor (CM/GC) With a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Based on a total construction cost of $1,903,015, provide an estimated cost of total General Conditions Question Deadline 02/08/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding the information contained in this request for proposal must be submitted to the District Project Manager (mike.condon@bend.k12.or.us) The Administrative School District #1 - Bend-La Pine Schools requests proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors to construct seismic upgrades and replace the elevator in the Education Center. It is the intent of the School District to enter into a contract with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) which will include a Fixed Fee and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the entire scope of the work. CM/GCs responding to this request will be evaluated based on their qualifications, prior experience, proposed schedule and plan for completing the work, associated fees, and other relevant factors.
