Gc for Pine Nursery Phase 5 Project. Overall project scope: The Pine Nursery Phase 5 Project includes various work to complete a number of items for the park master plan. Multiple components of the park have been constructed in past years and this work will connect or complete a number of previous phases. Work for Phase 5 includes the addition of ball field lighting, artificial turf infields, additional sports courts, additional access and pathways, facilities for maintenance, changes to the dog park, mechanical and electrical utilities, as well as landscaping and irrigation. This work shall include all work necessary to complete the work as described in the drawings and documents. B. Caution shall be used at areas adjacent to existing park and landscape features, minimum limits shall be used at perimeter areas to avoid disruption to the existing landscape and hardscape areas. The contractor shall be responsible to repair and replace any and all damage done to adjacent areas; all repairs shall be completed to the satisfaction of the District. C. The contractor shall maintain adequate erosion control measures, as well as temporary access control to the site at all times during the construction period. Temporary access control shall be by construction fencing made of chain link, and a minimum of 6í-0î in height. The site shall be secured by padlock when active work is not being done. Pine Nursery Park is an actively used park by members of the general public; it shall be the contractorís responsibility to protect the construction zone from the public during the construction period. In addition, as Pine Nursery is an active park, work is to be sequenced in a manner to allow the use of park features and amenities to the greatest extent possible throughout construction. Athletic Field use is scheduled such that work may not commence on those components until 10/27/2025.
