The Work will consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing and delivery of asphalt materials as follows: A total of 2,000 tons of HFRS-P2 Emulsified Asphalt delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between May 16, 2023 to September 1, 2023 A total of 550 tons of HFRS-P1 Emulsified Asphalt, 50% Dilute delivered to various locations in Deschutes County between May 16, 2023 to September 1, 2023 Inquiries pertaining to these specifications shall be directed to Chuck schutte, Operations Manager, in writing at chuck.schutte@deschutes.org or the address above. Deschutes County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Deschutes County it is in the public interest to do so. The protest period for this procurement is seven (7) calendar days.
