Right-of-Way Mow and Trim: Various routes in Boone County. Vendor shall provide right-of-way mowing and trimming services per terms and conditions of contract. Vendor shall maintain and control traffic per MUTCD specifications and as stated in terms and conditions. Pricing is per mowing or litter cycle. Vendor to provide equipment and personnel capable of performing slope mowing services. Litter Removal Boone Co The quantity shown on the work location sheet is based on an estimate of the total number of miles for litter removal each year. Unit price shall be the vendors price per centerline mile. Vendor shall remove and dispose of litter along rights-of-ways of designated routes as stated in terms and conditions. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject the bid response for any violation of this provision. This provision does not preclude bidders who presently hold contracts with the Commonwealth from communicating with state agencies regarding existing contracts The Master Agreement will be for the initial period beginning upon award and expiring December 31, 2023. Deadline for written questions All questions shall be submitted in writing by the date and time specified. No questions shall be accepted after the date/time listed unless the question(s) is considered material to the procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted at any time except for bid procedural clarifications.
