The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is soliciting bids for Plumbing Preventative Maintenance and On-call Services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG"). The intent is to establish a contractor to supply KCAB with services required to respond to plumbing repairs and maintenance on an "as needed" basis. KCAB is seeking a qualified, experienced, and Kentucky licensed plumbing contractor to perform plumbing services on an as needed basis (to maintain toilets, sinks, back flow valves, sewers, drain lines, water fed lines, hot water circulating system etc.) minimizing system down time when issues occur during the day. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, repair, testing, scheduled preventative maintenance, on-call services, and emergency service on KCAB plumbing equipment/systems.
