The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is soliciting proposals relating to Industrial Cleaning Services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Industrial cleaning of the items listed in the scope of work section below is an integral part of the preventative maintenance of the environmental systems at CVG. The buildup of sand and grit in the outfalls lead to premature wear and tear on the pumps. The industrial cleaning of the stormwater treatment plant allows KCAB personnel to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the plant is ready for winter operations. The annual cleaning of the various tanks allows for KCAB personnel to inspect the integrity of the tanks to determine if any repairs are required.
