Tree Trimming - State Equipment Available And Hourly Rate Tree Removal - State Diameter Groups, Unit Price Each Stump Chipping - State Diameter Groups, Unit Price Each Alternate Bid - Hourly Rate A Certificate Of Insurance Naming Gratiot County Road Commission As Additionally Named Insured, For The Following Coverages And Limits Shall Be Included With The Proposal: (a) Workman's Compensation Statutory Limit (b) Public Liability $100,000 One Person $200,000 One Accident (c) Property Damage $100,000 One Accident $100,000 Aggregate Proposals should be in a sealed envelope marked "TREE TRIMMING & REMOVAL BID". Please submit copy of CURRENT INSURANCE CERTIFICATE with quote. Price shall remain firm through March 1, 2024. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or all bids and/or quotations and to waive any informality in the bidding which in their opinion will be beneficial to the County of Gratiot. This contract can be extended only if mutually agreeable between the supplier and the Gratiot County Road Commission, under the terms and conditions provided herein.
