Renovation of an educational facility in Soquel, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Soquel Creek Water District (SqCWD or District) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms (also referred to as "Consultant" or "Respondent" herein) to provide professional services to conceptualize, design, fabricate and install exhibits, signage, media, and other educational tools in the public and community spaces at the Pure Water Soquel Purification Center. SqCWD intends to evaluate the submittals received and enter into a Professional Services Agreement (Contract) with the qualified Consultant. This Request for Proposals (RFP) describes the required scope of services, the information that must be included in the submittal, and the Consultant selection process. Firms are encouraged to carefully review this RFP in its entirety prior to submitting their responses. Questions and/or requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be received no later than 4:00 pm, February 13 and must be directed in writing to Becca Rubin, SqCWD Public Outreach Coordinator, via email only to: beccar@soquelcreekwater.org. Questions received prior to February 6, may be answered at the Pre-Proposal Video Conference (if time allows) and will be responded to in writing based on the date shown in the table above. Responses to all questions received will be posted on the SqCWD website. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. As of January 20, 2023, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
