Tuesday, June 1, 2021 Interview Short Listed Consultants Thursday, June 3, 2021 Commission Awards Contract Monday, June 7, 2021 Notice to Proceed The first auxiliary lanes project within the program is located between the 41st Avenue and Soquel Avenue/Drive interchanges and includes the bicycle and pedestrian overcrossing at Chanticleer Avenue. This project is expected to begin construction in 2021. The second auxiliary lanes and bus on shoulder project is scheduled to complete the PA/ED phase in May 2021, between the Bay/Porter and State Park interchanges. Final design of this project is ongoing with Ready to List (RTL) scheduled to be complete in summer 2022. Performance Period: It is anticipated that the RTC will award a contract for a term of 5 years. The RTC reserves the right to amend this RFP at any time up until the due date. Any amendments to or interpretations of the RFP shall be described in written addenda posted on the RTC website. All addenda issued shall become part of the RFP
