The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: Unincorporated area of Santa Cruz, along Arana Gulch, near Highway 1 at Soquel Drive. Work includes replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 1,688 linear feet of aging and deteriorating sanitary sewer trunk line and replacement and rehabilitation of sewer manholes. Complete the work within 155 working days. The Contractor must have either a Class A license or a combination of Class C licenses which constitutes a majority of the work: C-34 , C-36 , and C-42 Question Submission Deadline:June 28, 2023, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:July 3, 2023, 5:00pm Cashier's check or certified check, payable to the order of the Santa Cruz County Sanitation District , of not less ten percent (10%) of the bid submitted, signed by the bidder as well as a corporate surety, must be received prior to bid opening. Payment bond to secure the claim payments of laborers, workers, mechanics, or materialmen providing goods, labor, or services under the Contract. This bond must be equal to at least 100 percent of the total bid. Performance bond to guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract.
