Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked: Westerville City Schools - 2023 Capital Improvements-HVAC Project and addressed to: Westerville City Schools at 936 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, OH 43081 Attention: Nicole Marshall, Treasurer.
