This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued to provide the selection process for DESIGN BUILD services for a multi-tenant office building. Firms (hereinafter identified as DESIGN BUILDERS) submitting a response to the RFQ will be asked at a minimum to state their understanding/experience to the project and offer their methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFQ. The shortlisted finalists may be requested to participate in an interview. The Client owns land at the site and proposes to construct a freestanding, multi-tenant building to possibly house Adult Probation, Environmental/911 Addressing, Justice of the Peace 2, Road and Bridge, Department of Public Safety with possibility of other additions. The Client is seeking a design/build team to create a new construction office complex. Client is estimating final construction to be approximately 10,000 square feet PEMB (Pre-engineered metal building) with masonry facade to complement nearby facilities.
