Description: Jackson Demonstration State Forest (JDSF) is soliciting bids for invasive plant control work on the state forest property. Contractor will provide the necessary labor and equipment to treat invasive plants in areas as specified by the State. Contracted services will include herbicide treatment, manual cutting, and pulling. Chemicals will be furnished by the State. Contractor is required to have the following licenses/certificates issued by the California Department of Pesticide Regulation: 1) Pest Control Business License currently registered with Mendocino County, and 2) Qualified Applicator Certificate or Qualified Applicator License with Category C (Right-of-Way) and Category E (Forest). All licenses must be current and in good standing.
