The Surety shall be acceptable to BOCC.Each Bid over $25,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Contractor's bid, without conditions, payable to BOCC.
