The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 7,500 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 5,000 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter 5,000 C Y Excavation - Common 2,900 C Y Select Granular Embankment 1,200 C Y Common Embankment (CV) 550 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 900 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,B) 1,200 L F 8" - 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer 2,000 L F 8" - 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer (Lining) 650 L F 12" - 48" Storm Sewer 1,300 L F 8" PVC Watermain 2,200 L F 8" HDPE Watermain (Pipe Burst) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Tonka Bay shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 15, 2023 ; final completion before June 30, 2024 The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the street construction, watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, grading, and appurtenant work. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
