Site work and paving for a civil project in Tonka Bay, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 3,300 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 2,500 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 1,400 TON Type SP 9.5/12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 7,450 L F 8" - 12" Watermain HDPE (Directional Drilled) 3,800 L F 8" - 12" Watermain HDPE (Pipe Burst) 200 L F 12" Watermain CIPP Lining 60 EACH 6" - 12" Gate Valves 25 EACH Hydrant 75 EACH 1" Curb Stop & Box The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Tonka Bay shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents
