For furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the Lenoir County Administration Building Interior Renovation 101 North Queen Street Kinston, Lenoir County, NC. Project in accordance with the construction documents prepared by DEVITA, Inc. & Dunn & Dalton Architects, P.A. The basis of the contract will be a Single Prime General Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. 1. Renovation of an approximately 18,400 SF existing building. Renovation includes selective interior demolition, new HVAC and electrical systems, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, elevator modernization, repairs to existing exterior window units, and interior finish upgrades. 2. Building will be unoccupied for the duration of construction. Based on the bid date of March 2, 2023, the last day to submit questions is February 20, 2023 by day's end.
