Renovation of an educational facility in Perris, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This is a Lease-Leaseback project for Perris Elementary School District consisting of flooring replacement at Good Hope ES and roofing replacment at Enchanted Hills ES. Tilden-Coil Constructors is the awarded Lease-Leaseback General Contractor for this project. Per PCC 20111.6, if not already prequalified, all MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified with Long Beach USD and must submit a prequalification questionnaire with QualityBidders.com ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. Bids will not be accepted from a Subcontractor holding an MEP, Solar or Sheet Metal License: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 that has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. Respondents are advised that this project must conform to the revisions of the California Education Code Section 17407.5, mandated by AB 418. As such, all subcontractors, are required to provide a Skilled and Trained Workforce. Subcontractors must comply with general prevailing rates (PCC.1720 et seq.) and shall be registered with the DIR.CA.gov prior to submitting a bid (LaborC9de 1725.5)
