Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Base Bid Work for the Renovation Project will take place at the Bloom Township Office 425 S. Halsted and will generally include the removal and replacement of the existing mechanical air handling system, interior ceiling and lighting systems, and casework and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Alternate work will include removal of existing casework and transaction counters and installation of new casework and transaction counters, removal of existing carpeting and base and installation of new carpeting and LVT flooring and base and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work.
