The Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District is proposing to apply approximately 4,000 Tons (dry weight basis) anaerobically digested liquid lagoon biosolids to farm land during the period starting on May 1, 2023 and ending on April 30, 2025. The proposed contract includes loading of biosolids from the District's annex storage lagoon, and hauling and injection on farm land secured by the District. The proposed contract also includes maceration and incorporation of vegetation/biosolids mats into the lagoon. Proposals must be accompanied by a bidders bond, certified check or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the calculated total project cost. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
