Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Safford, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Graham County has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will accept sealed bids from licensed Arizona Contractors to complete the following improvements to the Graham County Fairgrounds: Install twenty-two (22) new drinking fountains; construct 2,400 square feet of concrete paths accessing the drinking fountains; replace existing playground surface with a concrete bed to be covered with rubberized playground tiles; and construct at least one entryway into the playground to meet ADA accessibility standards.
