CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 1. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for CertifiedA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. a. Work includes all trades necessary to provide a finished work environment including but not limited to Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general construction, fire piping, HVAC, and other tasks.
