The City of Wills Point is now accepting sealed proposals for Solid Waste Services. MARK ENVELOPE: SEALED PROPOSAL - Solid Waste Collection/Disposal Contract marked clearly in lower left-hand corner. Proposals are to be delivered in one box or envelope, no smaller than 8 1/2" x 11". DELIVERY ADDRESS: City of Wills Point City Secretary 518 Houston Street Wills Point, TX 75169 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Closed 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch) POINT OF CONTACT: All inquiries regarding this RFP must be made, in writing, to Pam Pearson, City Administrator at ppearson@willspointtx.gov. All communication, in any form, shall be exclusively directed to the City Administrator. Failure to do so may result in actions up to and including disqualification. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered. The City of Wills Point reserves the right to reject all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City. Deadline for submission of questions is Tuesday, February 7, 2023, 10:00 a.m., CST.
