Renovation of a municipal facility in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,562-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of April 21 the project was awarded to LD&B LLC for $996,633.66. The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Show Low Communications Facility Renovations City of Show Low Project the City of Show Low, more specifically located. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to removing existing interior elements including partition walls, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, flooring, and installing new walls, doors, windows, restrooms, millwork, finishes, signage, electrical and data wiring mechanical, appliances, appurtenances, and all incidentals to provide a complete and operable facility. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
