The wood timber piles used to support the bridges have experienced a section loss at both locations. Repairs to these individual piles are required to prevent collapse of the bridge deck. Relocate existing buried utilities. Remove existing structure. Commercial General Liability (CGL) Insurance protecting the Contractor against any and all liability claims for damages for personal and bodily injury, and damages to property which may arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with the performance of the Work under this Contract. Coverage shall be at least as broad as that of the current Insurance Services Office (ISO) Form CG 00 01 covering CGL on an occurrence basis, including products and completed operations, property damage, bodily injury, and personal and advertising injury with a limit of not less than ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) for each occurrence and a general aggregate limit of not less than TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in which the Bidder names a total price for all the work without breaking down requested material costs, labor costs, and/or overhead and profit.
