Munson House Roof Replacement To receive consideration bids must be in the hands of the Purchasing Agent or his authorized representative no later than the day and hour mentioned above. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities; or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town of Watertown. All bids will be considered valid for a period of sixty (60) days. The Contractor shall provide all labor, superintendence, materials, plant, tools and equipment necessary for properly removing and replacing portions of the asphalt shingle roof and all other work necessary for the proper completion of the project as specified herein within the time stipulated The Contractor shall immediately remove all rejected materials of any kind brought to or incorporated in the work from the site of the work. No such rejected materials shall again be offered for use by the Contractor Remove existing shingles and remove all debris. 2. Roof tape all plywood seams. 3. Install new white drip and rake metal edging 4. Install Weather Watch (or equivalent product) leak barrier on entire roof. 5. Install GAF WeatherBlocker (or equivalent product) starter strip 6. Install new boots 7. Install GAF Timberline High Definition 30-year self-sealing architectural shingle (or equivalent product) 8. Install GAF Seal-A-Ridge (or equivalent product) ridge cap shingles. 9. Replace any damaged plywood. 10. Remove all debris from gutters. 11. Job site shall be left in a clean and safe manner on a daily basis and all debris removed from job site upon completion of work. All permits and sanitation fees should be included
