Award: DataVox for $68,762.96 Port Freeport is publishing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to locate a qualified provider to upgrade the current audio-visual system. The proposal shall be in lump sum pricing. All proposal shall be sealed in accordance with the RFP. The successful Respondent shall carry an Employee Dishonesty Bond in the amount of $50,000 and a Performance Bond in the amount of $100,000. Project Scope The scope of this project includes all design, development, coding, licensing, installation, and commissioning of the Port Freeport AV system in two adjacent rooms in the Port Freeport EOC. The following criteria must be met to achieve a successful project: 1.Remove existing wall mounted displays and associated brackets 2.Mount and install of the new displays 3.Configure the AV system for independent operation of the Situation Room and Command Center, but allow the Situation Room the capability of mirroring the main display in the Command Center 4.Configure audio hardware, microphones, cameras, and lectern 5.Terminate all cables to AV equipment 6.Program and configure AV equipment 7.Perform functionality check of all AV system components and hardware 8.Deliver all coding, manuals, licensing, and drawings to Port Freeport.
