Site Directions: Various Sites Est. Completion Date: March 15, 2025 Description: A. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of trenchless rehabilitation of the City of Lakewood's 20,100 feet of interceptor sewer and associated manholes. The major components of the Work are as follows: 1. Mobilization to the Site(s); 2. Traffic control; 3. Flow control; 4. Utility relocations; 5. Develop access to the sewers at each site location; 6. Sewer cleaning, preparation, and inspection; 7. Trenchless rehabilitation of the identified sewers and manholes; 8. Flow meter installation; and, 9. Site restoration. Additional Description: The project shaft sites are located in urban residential neighborhoods and will require the contractor to work closely with the city's team to properly communicate to the residents.
