Renovation of a civil project in Placerville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of replacing the existing standby generator with a new larger standby generator, replacement of the existing automatic transfer switch, and other electrical upgrades. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. The Engineer's Estimate is between $750,000 and $800,000. Work shall be finally completed within 240 Calendar Days. Bidders must submit with their Bids either cash, a cashier's check, or certified check from a responsible bank in the United States, or corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do business in the State of California, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of Bid District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-Bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
