For the North View Drive and Anna Drive Improvements project The project is located in Capitan, New Mexico and includes double penetration chip seal surfacing using HFE 100P (including AE-P or PE-P prime coat over existing base course), CSS1P fog seal over finished surface, mobilization, demobilization, traffic control, power sweeping, and cleaning to provide a complete project to the extent funds are available. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. A Pre-bid Conference for this project will not be held. The Bidding Documents for this project may be obtained at the following designated portal. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
