Work of this Contract comprises the following: Renovation of existing Hinton Vehicle Inspection Station (VIS), located just outside of Hinton, Alberta on Highway 16. Space is comprised of fifty-four (54) square meters and is primarily utilized by the Sheriff Highway Patrol to manage the manned weigh scales at the VIS. Work to include but not limited to the following: Project 1: Renewal of Interiors .1 Kitchenette renewal .2 Flooring renewal .3 Bathroom renewal .4 Main entrance and millwork counter renewal .5 New work required for qty. 2 Exterior Doors .6 North east west window treatments Project 2: Heating Systems and Electrical Renewal .1 Update heating systems and electrical for furnace complete with A/C cooling .2 Furnace stack replacement.
