For VA ABC S244 Lawn and Grounds Maintenance Services The Authority seeks to enter into contract with one qualified vendor who is able to provide services The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to establish a term contract to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services to the Virginia ABC Store 244/D9 located at 4909 West Mercury Boulevard Newport News, VA 23605. Initial period of contract will be date of award through 06/30/2024 to align with the Commonwealth fiscal year; with the option of four (4) subsequent one (1) year renewals thereafter. All inquiries for information should be directed via email to the Contract Officer listed above. All inquiries must be received in writing on or before 01/27/23, no later than 1:00 PM (EST). Virginia Contractor License Not Required Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, 2.2-4343.1 or against a Bidder because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment. Virginia ABC reserves the right to add or delete locations on an as-needed basis, to meet operational requirements after contract award. Additional locations added will be solicited 'first' from existing contractors as a result of this Quick Quote resulting in an award. Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemical products to be used on the contract must be available to the Virginia ABC Store Manager or designee at all times. As applicable, all equipment must be OSHA certified and/or meet all OSHA requirements.
