Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a term contract with a qualified supplier to furnish and provide inside delivery of all labor, materials, equipment, delivery and supervision for the removal and disposal of existing granular activated carbon ("GAC") and the installation of virgin GAC for 12 carbon filter units at the Henrico County Water Treatment Facility ("WTF") located at 10111 Three Chopt Road, Henrico, VA 23233, in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. All Bidders shall use the enclosed Bid Form in submitting their bid prices. The Purchasing Division reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to award in part or in whole or to reject any or all bids.
