PURPOSE: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Fluid Air Buffers, including shipping costs, to be installed by others, for the towers and lift span of the Benjamin Harrison Bridge, and shall be delivered to VDOT Chesterfield Residency, 3301 Speeks Drive, Midlothian, VA 23112. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS INVITATION FOR BID: Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Cheryl Lewis at Cheryl.Lewis@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on February 16, 2023.
