Site work and paving for a road / highway in Watertown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealing of cracks in asphalt pavement with Sealant TO BE RATED 3405 PER State and Federal standards; and "Detach" or other approved non-stick liquid or paper product on various streets in the City of Watertown. All planholders will receive information via Quest on how to join the virtual meeting prior to the bid opening. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. Bidding documents may be examined, by appointment only, at the Engineering Department from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. The City of Watertown, such guarantee to be forfeited should the successful Bidder fail to enter into the contract. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using contract #8363112. This contract requires electronic bid bonds which may be submitted through Surety 2000 using contract #8102946. The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids.
