Site work and new construction of a library in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 134,000-square-foot, four-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.

The Owner plans to build a new Library Classroom Building for the College of the Mainland. The project consists of new construction of an approximately 156,300 GSF facility to include a library with 60 computer stations, a 299 seat tiered auditorium, forty-two (42) lecture and computer classrooms, faculty office space and student study/collaboration/lounge spaces. Located on the perimeter of campus, the building will be accessible to both community and students, holding a prominent place on campus. The project also includes site/landscape scope adjacent to the building. Question Deadline 11/06/2023 at 2:00 PM Questions concerning the RFP Owner Program Manager Contact Person is: Paula J.
