The Owner plans to build a new Library Classroom Building for the College of the Mainland. The project consists of new construction of an approximately 156,300 GSF facility to include a library with 60 computer stations, a 299 seat tiered auditorium, forty-two (42) lecture and computer classrooms, faculty office space and student study/collaboration/lounge spaces. Located on the perimeter of campus, the building will be accessible to both community and students, holding a prominent place on campus.
